IMS is now seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager.
The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for the overall management of Pharmacy Services in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies, procedures and practices and strategic planning for inpatient, outpatient and psychiatric facilities of the hospital.

Requirements
- Graduate of a recognized School of Pharmacy. PharmD, MPharm, or equivalent advanced pharmacy degree
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive hospital pharmacy experience, including leadership responsibilities within an acute care environment
- Demonstrated experience overseeing pharmacy operations, medication safety, controlled substances management, and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, operational budgets, and service improvement initiative
- Experience with pharmacy automation systems, EMR platforms, and medication management technology preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and change management skills required
- Experience supporting accreditation, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration preferred
- Eligible for licensing with the Bermuda Pharmacy Council
