IMS is now seeking an experienced PARAMEDIC CONTROLLER / MANAGER for its expanding private clinic chain in Vietnam.
The clinic is the leading private provider of medical services to the international and local community.
Any candidate must be a trained paramedic as well as having qualifications and experience as an EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatcher).
The EMD will manage (and be based in) the alarm control centre.
A Paramedic background is necessary in order to conduct training of the paramedic team.
Responsibilities
- Working with medical staff, patients, employers and insurance companies to coordinate air, land, and sea emergency transfers (Medevacs)
- Coordinate hiring, supervision and training of paramedics.
- Evaluating staff performance; developing staff schedules and ensures adequate rota coverage
Requirements
- Graduate with post-graduate qualifications preferable.
- Paramedic and EMD certified.
- A minimum of 3 year’s experience in a similar management role.
- Excellent English required.
