IMS is seeking NURSING CLINICAL MANAGERS / CLINICAL SUPERVISORS.
The Nurse Clinical Managers / Supervisors will be responsible for managing Patient Care Administration within assigned Service Area / Department in accordance with our accreditation and other regulatory bodies, recommending, developing and implementing policies and procedures in these areas.
REQUIRED:
- EVENING NIGHT CLINICAL ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER (PSYCHIATRIC NURSE)
- CLINICAL SUPERVISOR (PYSCHIATRIC WARD)
- CLINICAL MANAGER ONCOLOGY SERVICES
- CLINICAL MANAGER SURGICAL SERVICE

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Master’s / Post graduate education preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years management experience (either in a supervisory or functional area).
- Demonstrated superior communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
- Eligible for registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council
