Hospital Chief Financial Officer vacancy in Luanda

IMS Recruitment is one of Europe’s leading international medical recruitment companies.

IMS is looking for an HOSPITAL CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) for Luanda’s leading private hospital.

This role entails overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, analyzing expenses, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.

Also involved is the ensuring of compliance with local financial regulations and providing accurate reporting to the CEO and senior management team.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) is preferred. CIMA is also considered; with at least 15 years of Accounting and audit experience.
  • Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent English plus Portuguese or Spanish is essential
