IMS Recruitment is recruiting a NURSE PRACTITIONER (ACCIDENT & EMERGENCY) for a public hospital in Gibraltar.
The client is seeking candidates for commencement at the earliest possible opportunity, on 3 month fixed term locum contract.

A Nurse Practitioner is wanted for an immediate start with the A&E Department.
The role will encompass overseeing the management of patients attending / referred to the Accident and Emergency Department as well as autonomously seeing and treating own case load of patients, with undifferentiated/undiagnosed problems. The nurse will be responsible provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of their care.
To be considered, candidates will need proven experience in A&E, including the management of minor injuries.
The ability to prescribe is also essential.
Requirements
- Applicants must be registered with the UK’s NMC.
- Year’s minimum experience post-qualification.
- Post-graduate qualifications desirable.
- Available to start asap

- Salary between £45,821 to £53,878 per annum (NHS rates depending on experience)
