We work with various public and private healthcare providers, recruiting European doctors of all levels of experience and specialisms to fill jobs primarily in the UK, Ireland and the Middle East, but recently we have been finding a growing number of physicians for countries as diverse as Germany, Australia, Poland, Malta, Holland and The Czech Republic

UK and Ireland

For the UK, we have recruited every conceivable doctor for NHS and leading private hospitals. In the past few years, IMS has:

• Placed many surgeons and anaethetists in Independent Sector Treatment Centres (ISTCs).
• Recruited many psychiatrists for positions within the NHS and private clinics in the UK and Ireland.
• Supplied many GPs and Occupational Health doctors for private sector employers
• Recruited many cardiologists and radiologists for private sector clients

Our Candidates

• All are highly educated, experienced medical professionals. Most are at consultant level.
• We always verify whether candidate’s qualifications will be acceptable for the countries we recruit to and that candidates will be eligible for registration.
• We have many doctors now with UK and Irish experience looking for their next position.
• A large proportion of candidates have previously extensive overseas experience and are therefore used to working in new and often challenging environments. In particular, many of our doctors have had long-term assignments with organisations such as Medecins sans Frontiers, the United Nations and NATO. A lot also have had previous experience in The Middle East, South Africa and North America.
• The candidate’s English language ability is always verified by native English language speakers. IMS commits extensive resources to ensure that any candidate that we propose to a client will speak English to the requisite levels required by the employer. Many of our candidates also speak additional languages such as German, French and Arabic
