Vacancies for Dentists in the UK
Over the years, we have successfully recruited numerous EU dentists to work for groups large and small at locations throughout the country.
Our clients include the largest dental groups as well as independent single practices.
We only work with highly respected employers whom understand how to integrate overseas dentists into their practices and the community.
All of them have employed overseas dentists before and will work with you to develop your clinical skills and maximise your earnings.
Please note that, it is now overwhelmingly the case that employers seek candidates with UK experience (and preferably have a PCT number).
The general requirements for dentists wanting to work in the UK are that :

You are an EU citizen |

For all dentist jobs in the UK, all candidates need to be registered with the GDC: http://www.gdc-uk.org |

Speak very good English. You will be required to pass a recognised language test (eg IELTS, UBELT, Linguarama, TOEFL). |

You are listed with the local health authority in the UK (PCT)
IMS will advise on interviews, language testing, GDC registration and PCT listing. |
The offers
Most of vacancies are for surgeries carrying out mainly NHS dentistry, but also have an opportunity to undertake some private work. We do have some clients undertaking we are looking for general community based dentists, though we do sometimes have requirements for specialists in orthodontics and some maxillo-facial surgeon positions in hospitals.
Alternatively, with UK experience becoming increasingly a prerequisite, you also may also be interested in the various dental job offers we have in the Middle East and Holland.
