Candidates require a minimum of 4 years experience.

Candidates with the following experience are particularly requested to apply:
- Well established Physiotherapy experience in acute
service area of Neurology and Neurosurgery including
ITU.
- Orthopaedic rehabilitation
- Pediatric: physiotherapy care/treatment to children in the areas of respiratory care, neuro-rehabilitation and orthopaedics in the inpatient, outpatient and hydrotherapy settings.
- Obstetric and Gynaecology.
The posts require HPC registration.

The role will encompass:
- Assessment, treatment and management of patients on the Rehabilitation unit assessing occupational performance and skill deficits to reduce disability and enhance participation.
- Equipment assessment, recommendation and provision.
External liaison with companies, social services and other agencies.
- Discharge planning and onward referral.
- Supervision of assistants.
- Service and staff development.
Broad senior experience should include Neurology and Oncology. Evidence of experience of service development is also essential. Candidates require a minimum of 5 years experience.
